Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that inadvertently missing appointments can happen; however, we must consider how these missed appointments impact other patients, many of whom are sick, and need to receive timely care.
Full Circle requires a minimum 24-hour notice for appointments and surgeries that need to be canceled or rescheduled. You may cancel or reschedule by calling us at 503- 635 -3573 or emailing us at customercare@fullcirclevets.com.
If we do not receive adequate notice of a cancellation or reschedule, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.
We expect all clients to arrive on time for their appointment. Please call to let us know if you will be running late. We will then determine if there is enough time to see your pet or if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
